What happens to renders
When a Client generates a render using your face, it belongs to the campaign — not to them permanently. Renders are tied to the license; when the license expires, the right to use those renders expires with it.
Clients cannot keep outputs for future use or feed them into new work. Every licensed render is tied to a licence reference in our records, and pre-licence test renders carry their own preview reference — so every generation is traceable to a record. Where we find misuse we take reasonable steps to stop it, and we share what we find with you. We do not promise that every misuse is detected or successfully enforced.

Hard limits — no exceptions
Adult content, political advertising, weapons, minor-exploitative, deceptive deepfake and hateful content are permanently blocked, in every market. No brand can unlock these regardless of what they pay. Alcohol, gambling and tobacco are different: switched off by default, and only the Contributor can turn them on.

What you can and cannot do
Your license covers the campaign declared in your brief — specific brand, product, markets, media types and duration. Renders generated under it are for that campaign only.
They cannot be repurposed, sub-licensed, used as source material for new work, or used after the license period — only a locked copy may be kept for your records or legal compliance. Where we find breach, we can suspend and revoke the licence and require takedown, and the audit trail shows what was licensed and when.
