Delete your PESONA account

You can ask us to delete your PESONA account and the personal data that comes with it, whether you joined as a Contributor or as a Client.

  • • We delete your profile, photos, videos, voice sample and ID check, and close your account.
  • • If a licence is still active, or a payment is still in progress, we keep only what it needs until it ends, and records the law requires us to keep. See section 15 of the Privacy Policy.
  • • Contributor profiles come off the marketplace as soon as you ask, and no new licences can be made. We confirm by email when we receive your request, and finish within 30 days.

Deleting one photo instead of your account

To remove a single photo, video or voice sample, open the PESONA app, go to Media, and tap × on the item. It disappears from your profile and from the marketplace straight away, and the rest of your account is untouched.

A licence already issued still runs to its end date, and PESONA keeps the private original only as long as an active licence, a payment or the law requires (Privacy Policy, section 15).

Can't log in? Email privacy@pesona.ai from the address on your account and ask us to delete it.
